Get alerts for Coming Soon listings entering their public marketing period
Use a Saved Search to be notified when a Coming Soon listing entered its public marketing period.
How to do it
The process takes around 30 seconds.
Create a Saved Search and turn on the alerts to know when a Coming Soon listing appears on the market (during its public marketing period).
1. Create a Saved Search
Never done it before? Learn how to create a Saved Search

2. Have alerts turned on
You will receive alerts when new listings matching your filters appear on the market.
If you use a Saved Search you already created, be sure to have the bell icon purple or you won’t receive alerts.
→ Tap the “Notify” bell icon to receive alerts for new search results.
How it looks
Example
You created a Saved Search and received an alert for a new result matching your criteria.
- It can only be a Broker List® listing (Coming Soon or Exclusive).
- It’s a Coming Soon listing because only agents can see Exclusive listings.
- It’s a Coming Soon listing during it’s public marketing period because only agents would be able to see it before or after it would have expired.

on the listing’s row? It indicates that it’s a Coming Soon listing that entered its public marketing period. It will expire in 3 days.
Tap the listing to see its details.3. (Optional) Tap “Contact agent”
At the bottom of any listing, you can always reach your agent when you tap the green “Contact agent” button at the bottom of the screen.
