Step 2 - Create your account

Enter the code that appears above your keyboard, copy the code from the text message that was sent to you.
Why do I have to put in my cell number?
- The real estate board requires you to sign up using your phone number and email to view certain real estate listings (i.e. sold data and past listing history).
Listed makes is easy.
- Your phone number is private; only your agent will see it, if allow it in your profile > ‘Contact Preferences’ > phone number
- Your cell phone number is your account number. You’ll always use it to log in securely by entering your phone number and receiving a one-time SMS code to input on the verification screen.

To get started, scroll down and take the first action we recommend—tapping ‘Live Location’ so that you can always find the finding the property in front of you, by simply tapping a single button. (See below)

Every time you see a property just pull out your phone and tap this button to get the details and the listing history of the property
Tap the blue location arrow in the top right of your phone
Tap the part we highlighted in yellow below “Allow While Using App”
Tap the “Blue location arrow” in the top right of your phone from the Browse tab, and tap “Allow While Using App” to find the closest listing for sale that is available near your current location!
Pro tip: Tap ‘Available’ to turn it ‘off’ and it’ll switch to SOLD or tap ‘For Sale’ to turn it ‘off’ and switch to FOR LEASE
