How to open and save a Saved Search thatās been shared with you

The process takes around 30 seconds.

1. Open the search
Tap the link (the picture of the map in your texts) of the Saved Search youāve received from your agent, a friend or family member. It will open in Listed.

2. Open the map view
If you are not already on the map view, tap āMapā to toggle the map view on the Browse tab.

3. Save and name it
Tap āSaveā to save the search area and its filters.

4. Tap āCreateā
After naming your search, tap āCreateā to confirm.

5. Open the alerts tab
At the bottom of your screen, tap the āAlertsā tab to manage and enable push notifications if needed.

6. Enable push notifications
Tap āEnable push notificationsā, then choose āAllowā to receive push notifications when new listings matching your search appear on the market.

- Tap the star icon (like button) on any listing matching your search to be notified if
- the price changes,
- or the property sells,
- or the listing is terminated.
- Tap the star icon (like button) on any sold or terminated listing to be notified when it comes back on the market.
